Defining Your Leadership Skills

Define your leadership skills, style, and personal vision with Angel Hodsdon, Acting Incident Manager for the State of Wisconsin Division of Operations.  As a trainer for over two decades, Angel has shown others how to develop their leadership skills, and stopped the misconception that leaders are made with a promotion, title change, or by gaining new responsibilities.

Angel will lead attendees through the techniques, approaches, and tactics that need to be practiced and adapted in order to develop your individual leadership style and personal vision.  Through fun, interactive activities, leadership skills will be developed.

During this event, you will;

Identify your core values and define a personal vision

Learn how to get buy-in through proper project identification and task delegation

Learn how to turn rejection and complaints into solution focused problem solving

As part of our mission to promote and advance the professional competence of our members to enable them to provide records and information management leadership and expertise within their organizations and their communities, ARMA Madison is offering registration to this Leadership event for FREE to our members and guests.  Registration is required by 3/3, and out of respect for our speaker and the space, we ask that you keep your RVSP updated.  Thanks!
