The 2018 Madison ARMA Madison Chapter and AIIM Wisconsin Spring Seminar From Creation to Deletion: Planning for all Stages of E Records will be held on Wednesday May 2nd at the Alliant Energy Center, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, in Madison.   We anticipate about 75 practitioners and subject matter experts to be in attendance from the records management, information management, technology, legal, compliance, audit, and business process disciplines. 

The 2018 ARMA Madison spring seminar has been designed to help RIM professionals develop an approach to information management and governance demands in the digital world.  We hope to help attendees develop the tools to examine their record systems to ensure that content can be managed through its entire lifecycle and be destroyed as soon as possible, transferred to a new system or storage environment, and if necessary transferred to an archival environment.

We are pleased to announce Jesse Wilkins as our seminar presenter. Mr. Wilkins is the Director of Professional Development for AIIM International and an experienced speaker and trainer.

2018 Exhibition

In addition to the educational opportunity mentioned above, we are holding a vendor exhibition in the lobby outside the seminar room. The Exhibition provides attendees with opportunities to learn what’s new with respect to records and information management (RIM) products and services.  It also offers a premier opportunity for you and your company to showcase your expertise, solutions, and services.  You’ll have opportunities during the registration period, morning and afternoon breaks as well as the lunch period to visit with existing customers, make new contacts and learn about the changing needs and requirements that organizations face.

You Are Cordially Invited

Please accept this invitation on behalf of the ARMA Madison Chapter Board for your organization to take part in the 2018 Exhibition. We have space to accommodate the first ten (10) companies that register.  The registration fee for the Exhibition is $500.  Included in this fee are:  a display area with a 6-foot, skirted table and two chairs; two complimentary seminar registrations which include continental breakfast, lunch and break refreshments.  Electrical service will be provided if needed. 

Sponsorships

We invite organizations of all types and sizes to consider becoming a sponsor at one of the following levels: 

$500 – PLATINUM SPONSOR – LUNCH

o   Placard will indicate your sponsorship for lunch.

o   Your organization’s name, logo and company information will be included in the seminar materials and on the ARMA-Madison website with a link to your home page.

o   Your company logo, and information about your company, will appear on the ARMA Madison webpage though May 2019.

 

$300 – GOLD SPONSOR – BREAKFAST

o   Placard will indicate your sponsorship for breakfast.

o   Your organization’s name and logo will be included in the seminar materials and on the ARMA-Madison website with a link to your home page.

o   Your company logo will appear on the ARMA Madison webpage though May 2019.

 

$200 – SILVER SPONSOR – SEMINAR BREAK

o   Placard will indicate your sponsorship for the break.

o   Your organization’s name and logo will be included in the seminar materials and on the ARMA-Madison website with a link to your home page.

If you are interested in sponsoring one or more of the above-listed levels, plese register online, and eamil your company’s logo (high resolution eps or jpg format, please).   Sponsorship payment and logos must be received by Monday April 16, 2018.

Companies that participate as Seminar Sponsors but choose not to exhibit are invited to provide marketing materials. These materials will be made available at the Registration table on May 2nd.

Door Prize Donations

If you would like to contribute items to be given away as door prizes on the day of the seminar, please list the items and quantities on the Registration Form.  We prefer that you bring the prizes with you the day of the seminar. 

Please provide business cards to be included with the donated items.  As the door prizes are awarded, we will announce the name of the donating company.
